“We put a pool in last summer, it was late July when we did it so we only used it for a couple of months before closing it. We have a mineral water system and was told by the company we purchased it from told us all we needed to do was replace one thing yearly. When we opened the pool it was crystal clear, so we added the one pack we were told was needed and thought nothing of it until it became cloudy. We went to Buchmeyers for help, even though we did not purchase our pool from them, they were extremely helpful and patient with us and our pool is now crystal clear. I highly recommend them!”

“Buchmeyers had provided and installed a new inground pool for us. Everything from the sales and design process to installation was flawless. They were spot on for timing and there communication was excellent. After they were done my fencing contractor accidentally hit the pool lines, Mike was there onsite within 10 min of me calling the office, capped the pool, and isolated the lines. He repaired the lines and we were back in business 45 min later.”

“If you want an easy and clean pool/hot tub these are your people. I can’t say enough wonderful things. After trying 3 pool companies our pool was overwhelming and pricey. “Our past was with another pool company. We grew increasingly dissatisfied with them. We had friends that used Buchmyers and always had excellent results with them.
When buying a new pool liner, Buchmyers was our new pool destination. The price was right, but the real reason we will stay with them is their employees and their policies are very pro pool owners. It’s not just making money with them. We had our new pool liner installed at the end of last season. Excellent job! We have our water tested once a month and NEVER are told to buy anything we don’t need. We had a problem with our filter system recently and they sent out very qualified employees who identified the problem and fixed it properly. I would recommend them to anyone who needs real pool service. ”
